Q: Can the service on my touring caravan/motorhome be carried out by Caravan Servicing 4 U and still maintain my warranty?

A: Yes, all Approved Workshops have full manufacturer support and approval Scheme Supporters listed here.

Q: Do I have to take my caravan back to the dealer I bought it from?

A: No you don't have to, we can come to you at your home, caravan site or where you store your caravan and still up hold your warranty.

Q: What area do you cover?

A: We cover the whole of Dorset, East Devon, South Wiltshire, South Somerset, West Hampshire, if you are just outside the area shown on the map give us call and we might still be able to accommodate you. View a map of area covered

Q: Can you service my caravan if I live outside that area?

A: Yes, if you are on holiday in our area we can service your caravan for you.

Q: On a full service what are the 'plus parts' that are normally needed?

A: Single shot hub nuts, water filters and general consumables (grease etc) that are necessary to carry out an annual service.

Q: Will you be able to carry out warranty work?

A: Yes, we can carry out any warranty work on Bailey & Lunar caravans. Also we can carry out warranty work on other makes of caravans provided that you have an agreement with your supplying dealer. We are also Dometic, Alde & Thetford approved for warranty work.

Q: Can you service my caravan when I have an awning up?

A: We can service your caravan when you have an awning up except on odd occasions e.g. when there is decking also around the caravan.

Q: What preparation do I need to make before you service my caravan?

A: We do need reasonable access around the outside of your caravan (about 3 feet clearance all around the outside of the caravan) and we will also need the caravan to be on fairly level and solid ground. We do need a reasonable amount of space inside your caravan but you do not need to empty it out. We also need certain items to complete your service (water, water pump or inlet hose, 230v hook-up where possible, and service hand book). If your caravan is on a caravan site or in a storage area it is important that you inform the owners or wardens that you have arranged for us to service or repair your caravan.

Q: Do you do any other work other than servicing?

A: We can replace windows, fit motormovers, carry out damp repairs, insurance work, fit air conditioning, in fact we can tackle the majority of repairs on any caravan. If in doubt give us a call.

Q: Do you do any work on motorhomes?

A: We only cover the habitation part of a motorhome for both servicing and repairs.
